Leigh's comprehensive childbirth series is geared towards families in their late 2nd or early 3rd trimesters. Class is limited to 6 couples. Please register and you'll receive confirmation of space availability as well as payment information. 

In class, we cover the following topics: the physiology of late pregnancy, signs + stages of labor, pain coping strategies, labor support and massage, routine monitoring and the risks and benefits of common medical interventions and pain medications, the postpartum period, breastfeeding and newborn care. Taught out of Leigh's home, this series is open to all and appreciative of all families.
