You’re invited to take part in Leigh Kader’s comprehensive 4 class childbirth preparation series taking place via ZOOM. Rooted firmly in the belief that childbirth is a normal, physiological experience, the series will prepare the pregnant person and partner for labor, birth and the immediate postpartum.
Class is open to families planning birth at hospital, home or birthing center. We will cover the following topics: the physiology of late pregnancy, signs + stages of labor, pain coping strategies, labor support and massage, routine monitoring and the risks and benefits of common medical interventions and pain medications, the postpartum period, breastfeeding and normal newborn behavior.

Cost: $300 per couple
